Menjadi Web Developer: Pengalaman Magang 3 Bulan yang Mengesankan! [Hai, teman-teman!] Kali ini, saya ingin berbagi pengalaman seru selama 3 bulan magang sebagai Web Developer di Luar Sekolah. Pengalaman ini benar-benar membuka mata dan memberikan wawasan yang luar biasa tentang dunia pengembangan web. Yuk, simak cerita saya! Bulan Pertama: Fokus pada Frontend Development (Minggu 1-4: Membangun Dasar-Dasar Frontend) Bulan pertama adalah saat-saat yang sangat menarik dan menantang! Di minggu pertama, saya langsung terjun ke dalam dunia frontend development. Saya belajar banyak tentang HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Tugas-tugas pertama saya melibatkan pembuatan halaman web statis yang responsif. Saya belajar tentang pentingnya desain yang user-friendly dan bagaimana membuat antarmuka yang menarik dan mudah digunakan. Setiap hari, saya menghadapi tantangan baru yang membuat saya semakin menguasai dasar-dasar frontend. Mulai dari membuat layout dengan CSS Grid dan Flexbox hingga menambahkan interaktivitas menggunakan JavaScript. Benar-benar pengalaman yang memperkaya! Bulan Kedua: Masuk ke Dunia Backend Development ???? Minggu 5-8: Menggali Lebih Dalam Backend ???? Setelah menyelesaikan bulan pertama dengan baik, saya beralih ke dunia backend di bulan kedua. Ini adalah pengalaman yang sangat berbeda dan menantang. Saya mulai belajar tentang server, database, dan bagaimana menghubungkan frontend dengan backend. Saya belajar menggunakan PHP untuk membuat server, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Tugas-tugasnya semakin kompleks, dan mengelola data dengan lebih efisien. Bulan Ketiga: Kolaborasi dengan Tim Lain ???? Minggu 9-12: Kerja Tim dan Kolaborasi ???? Bulan ketiga adalah yang paling menantang namun juga paling berharga. Saya mulai bekerja sama dengan tim lain seperti UI/UX designer, graphic designer, dan digital marketing. Kolaborasi ini mengajarkan saya pentingnya komunikasi dan kerja tim dalam proyek pengembangan web. Sebagai web developer, saya harus bekerja sama dengan UI/UX designer untuk memastikan desain yang mereka buat dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik. Saya juga berkolaborasi dengan graphic designer untuk mengintegrasikan elemen visual ke dalam halaman web. Tak ketinggalan, saya bekerja dengan tim digital marketing untuk memastikan website kami bisa mendukung kampanye pemasaran mereka. ???? Pengalaman yang Tidak Terlupakan ???? Selama tiga bulan ini, saya belajar lebih dari yang pernah saya bayangkan. Saya tidak hanya mengasah keterampilan teknis dalam frontend dan backend, tetapi juga belajar tentang pentingnya kerja sama dan komunikasi dalam tim. Pengalaman magang ini benar-benar membentuk saya menjadi web developer yang lebih baik dan lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja. Three months have passed, and I am very excited to have successfully completed my internship with Luarsekolah as a remote web developer. This experience has been incredibly valuable to me and represents a significant stepping stone toward achieving my dream career. Hi, Teman-teman Selama seminggu terakhir, saya berkesempatan berpartisipasi dalam program Mini Magang+ dari Luarsekolah dimana saya sangat bersyukur dapat hadir dalam program tersebut dari awal sampai akhir program yang diadakan selama 5 hari. Saya mendapatkan lebih banyak ilmu tentang Social Media Marketing dan Content Writing dengan kak Ester Monica sebagai Pemateri nya. Materi dijelaskan dengan sangat detail, jelas, dan memberikan contoh-contoh faktual sehingga dapat dipahami dengan baik. Selain itu kak Bella Marhaenia dan kak Muhammad Tegar Aditya sebagai pembawa acara yang dapat membawa acara Mini Magang+ ini menjadi lebih menarik, santai, dan meriah. Selama 5 hari itu juga saya tidak hanya diberikan materi yang isinya daging semua tapi juga diberikan 2 Mini Task dan Case Study sebagai tugas hariannya. Membuat saya pun dapat ikut serta berperan aktif dalam program Mini Magang+ ini.

Hi everyone. I am pleased to announce that I have successfully completed an independent internship conducted remotely with Luarsekolah from March 4th to April 5th, 2024 Magang+ program offers an opportunity for anyone to experience working and completing projects relevant to real industry cases. Web Developer is one of the paths within the information technology occupation. Within this occupation, there are two paths: UI/UX Designer and Web Developer, with durations ranging from one to three months. I chose the Web Developer path with a one-month duration, which was conducted remotely. Throughout the week, Web Developer participants are required to attend two online meetings with their respective supervisors. The first meeting, usually held on Mondays, consists of presentations and explanations of weekly tasks for the duration of one month. The second meeting, held on Fridays or Saturdays, is dedicated to joint evaluations. During each evaluation session, every intern is required to present the progress of their projects, including the website interface and explanations of the code. Each week, the learning materials provided by the supervisor. In the first week, the material focused on the basic use of HTML. In the second week, CSS was introduced to the web page created in the first week. The third week included an introduction to basic logic using JavaScript. In the fourth week, each participant was equipped to prepare for the final project. The final project consists of two assignments. For the first assignment, participants are required to complete the website program they have developed. For the second assignment, participants are required to create a video detailing their activities during the internship with Luarsekolah, as well as an overview of the project they have created. At the end of the internship period, participants will undergo a graduation session, scheduled for April 5th, on Friday. Participating in Internship Batch 3 with Luarsekolah has been a valuable experience for me. Not only has it taught me discipline and responsibility, but it has also trained me to think logically and solve problems systematically. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Rian Hidayat, my supervisor, for providing me with valuable feedback and guidance throughout this internship. I will take the feedback provided and use it as a lesson to become a better individual in the future.
